＜Little My appears in a new design!＞
Moomin's popular character, the mischievous Little My, will be appearing in a new design from Moomin Arabia.
Little My is one of the most popular characters in Moominvalley and this is her fourth time featuring in a Moomin Arabia design, proving her enduring popularity.
Illustrator and ceramicist Tove Slotte has created a new design for Little My in a style that is more faithful to the story.
The colors and elements are richer and the designs are more closely tied to the illustrated stories.
The Little My illustration is based on the story of a comet approaching Moominvalley. When the inhabitants of Moominvalley suddenly flee their homes, Little My, Moomin and Snorkmaiden decide to investigate.
Little My doesn't seem to mind much even when the comet approaches, and just lies down on the grass and gazes at the comet.
From the popular "MOOMIN ARABIA" series, known for its sophisticated Nordic design, comes a new Little My design plate.
The plates are an easy-to-use size that can be used in a variety of situations around the dinner table.
It is recommended not only as tableware to brighten up your dining table, but also as a collection item.
