・Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the following month for the final billing amount at the end of each month, and will be notified by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd.

・Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store terminal), bank transfer, and account transfer.

・The payment deadline is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. If you use bank transfer, the amount will be deducted on the 12th*. However, it may be 20 days* in January and May.

・Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). If paying at a convenience store, you will be responsible for a maximum of 390 yen (tax included), and if paying by bank transfer, you will be responsible for the transfer fee. In case of bank transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

It will be delivered in Sagawa Express. (*Not compatible with mail delivery)

Your order will be delivered within 2-10 days, unless it includes pre-ordered items. (Excluding periods such as year-end and New Year holidays and long holidays)

Also, please note that if you order a pre-order item or an item whose arrival has been delayed and a regular item at the same time, delivery will be based on the latest item.
As a general rule, it will be shipped on weekdays.

We do not accept returns due to customer reasons such as incorrect image.

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases.
Please contact us within 10 days after receiving the product.
・If a product different from the one you ordered is delivered ・If the product is defective

If the product is defective or if a different product than the one you ordered was delivered, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
If the product is not available, or if shipping will be delayed due to inventory status at the manufacturer (you will have to wait more than 10 days), we will contact you by email (or phone).
