This eye pillow can be used in both COOL and HOT modes.
You can cool the inner bag in the freezer to use it as a cool pillow, or heat it in the microwave to use as a hot pillow.
It can be used as both a neck pillow and an eye mask, so you can use it depending on your mood.

[How to use]
- To use chilled, remove the inner bag from the main body and chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for about an hour before placing it in the pillow.
- To use after heating, remove the inner bag from the main body and heat it in a household microwave (500W to 600W) for 10 seconds before placing it in the pillow.
