About delivery to Okinawa Prefecture

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has issued a notification to all airlines and carriers that requires the following:

1. The item name field on the shipping slip should accurately indicate the contents.
2. Due to strengthened safety inspections, in the case of airmail delivery, the contents will be inspected using X-rays, etc. at the carrier or at the airport.

Also , depending on the product, it may be delivered by surface mail, and it may take approximately 1 week to 10 days from shipping to delivery.
Additionally, we are unable to provide a specific arrival date.
For the above reasons, even if you have specified a date when placing your order, we may contact you at a later date to inform you that we are unable to accept your request.
