■ Island revitalization with love and lemons The Tobishima Kaido, a chain of seven islands stretching from Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, to the Seto Inland Sea, is a beautiful group of islands where time passes slowly and many fruits, including domestically grown lemons, are grown.
The "Lemonge Series" is a meringue cookie that is gently infused with the fresh scent of island fruits.
Please try the three flavors: lemon, raspberry, and blueberry.

"Blueberry" is made using raw blueberries from Osakikamijima.
We added plenty of Osakikamijima island blueberries, bringing out their aroma and visually appealing color, and baked them soft and crisp with lemon.
