Clinker is a technique that welds glass powder together at high temperatures. Since it sparkles when exposed to light, it was commonly used in the 1970s and 1980s as a processing method for lampshades of lighting equipment. After that, it was forgotten as a processing technique, but in the early 2000s, applying clinker to tumblers and other items became a bit of a boom. Although this technique is not suitable for creating detailed expressions, it gives the clinker a unique warmth and retro image.
The uneven feel when you hold it in your hand is also unique to clinker.
