Introducing "Haru", the first tableware collection that combines Finnish and Japanese culture.
Inspired by the Finnish archipelago and incorporating a touch of Japanese style, the soft and calm design creates a sophisticated table setting for any dining occasion.
Produces the setting.
Haru was designed by Finnish-Japanese designer duo Naoto Niitome and Nathalie Lautenbacher, and is based on the old house where Tove Jansson spent her summers.
It is inspired by the soft, tactile shapes of the stone on Klovhar Island.
The illustrations were designed by the creative team at Moomin Arabia, based on the flora of the island and a wreath designed by Tove herself. Haru Collection
is a fusion of Finnish and Japanese lifestyles.
